Lager ist ok, alles sonst schlecht

"Vorteile: Lage, akzeptabler Komfort, Sauberkeit. Nachteile: Ich habe bewusst ein Hotel ausgewählt, dessen Rezeption am Wochenende geöffnet ist (steht auf der Website). Letztendlich war ich jedoch gezwungen, selbst einzuchecken, da mir bei der Kommunikation per Nachricht mitgeteilt wurde, dass die Rezeption am Sonntag geschlossen sei. Nach der Buchung und vollständigen Bezahlung über hotels.com habe ich vom Hotel einen Zahlungslink erhalten. Der Link schlug vor, anstelle der Touristengebühr den gesamten Betrag zu zahlen. Wenn ich nicht aufgepasst hätte, hätte ich Geld verloren. Das Personal verwies auf einen Fehler. Seien Sie vorsichtig. Auf die Frage nach der Datenschutzerklärung erfolgte keine Antwort. Das Wasser fließt schlecht. Die Dusche ist kaputt und sie können sie nicht reparieren, weil es keine Ersatzteile gibt. Defekter Küchenhahn, fehlende oder kaputte Dekoelemente."
