Best Western Palace Hotel & Casino

"Positives: Room Comfortable. Restaurant good and plentiful with helpful asian staff. Super location with bus stop outside the door. Lift to help accessibility. Reasonably good value for money.
Negatives: Reception inpolitie. Severe lack of middle management. Fire Alarm was activated during the night. No proper evacuation procedure. Obvious lack of fire training for staff. No one able to reset the technic and all elderly and special needs guests had to walk many flights of stairs. No roll call or guest checklist.
I would still come again and would only cautiously recommend this hotel.
