"Nach längerem Warten wurden wir kommentarlos in eine schlechtere Zimmerkategorie eingebuchtet.Erst auf Beschwerde wurde eine fehlerhafte Überbuchung eingestanden. Unser gebuchte Kategorie sei nicht verfügbar.MangerJosef versprach als Ausgleich einen Drink und kostenloses Dinner. Bei checkout wurde dann aber alles berechnet und jegliche Zusagen abgestritten.Insgesamt nicht zu empfehlen."
