"The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They even helped me print and scan something urgent for work in the middle of the night, and organised an airport taxi and even accompanied us outside to see us off. Ximending area is very entertaining and you find a vast variety of restaurants/food/bar/shopping options all in walking distance. The hotel is fairly new, and modern, and maintained in a very good state. Our room was quite spacious and kept very clean. Only downside for us was that you could hear the noise from the busy street, even though we had our room on the 14th floor. But we would definitely stay there again. Once again thanks to the lovely personnel! "
