"Wir waren nun bereits zum dritten Mal im Novotel Katowice Centrum und haben uns auch bei diesem längeren Aufenthalt wieder sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Hotel überzeugt durch seine freundliche Atmosphäre, den guten Service und die angenehmen Zimmer, sodass wir immer wieder gerne zurückkehren. Lediglich das Schlafsofa könnte etwas größer sein – das wäre aus unserer Sicht die einzige kleine Optimierung. Insgesamt aber ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel, in dem wir bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal waren."
