"I recently stayed at The Smith House and was thoroughly satisfied with my experience. The cleanliness, the staff, the room amenities, and the pool were all excellent. While the hotel’s proximity to the airport is convenient and there are several good shops, restaurants, cafés, and grocery stores nearby, reaching the beach requires a 20-minute ride by taxi or Grab, which is a bit inconvenient. However, overall, I was very pleased with the hotel."

"A Perfect Holiday – It Doesn’t Get Any Better! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which truly deserves its 5 stars. Everything was perfectly organized, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, making us feel completely at home from the very beginning. The entire team was incredibly warm and attentive. We’d especially like to mention Mr. Praba, the manager, who personally ensured that all our wishes were fulfilled. His dedication and the professionalism of the entire staff were truly remarkable. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding, and great care was taken to make sure families with children felt welcome. The hotel is absolutely child-friendly, which was very important to us. Breakfast was a real highlight. There was a huge selection, and we had the option to dine in two different restaurants – one offering Asian specialties and the other serving American-style breakfast. A delight for every taste! Another great feature was the buggy service, which made it easy and comfortable to get to our room or any other area of the hotel. The pools were immaculately clean, and there were plenty of loungers, so we always had a spot to relax. All in all, it was an absolutely perfect holiday. We’re already looking forward to our next stay and would like to extend a big thank you to the entire team once again!"

"Am Anreisetag war der Mitarbeiter wenig hilfsbereit. Weder WLAN und sonstiges wurden gezeigt. Zu viele Mücken im Zimmer. Strand ist lieblos und ein wenig dreckig. Mit ein wenig Mühe könnte das richtig schön sein."
