The room was not in good condition. There was dirt on one of the beds upon arrival. The front desk staff was not as helpful as they could be. No elevators. Room had a funny stale smell.

Staff was courteous, friendly and tried to be helpful. However, the bed linen was dirty and there was hair on the pillows when I arrived. The vanity sink was stopped up and the guy at the front desk said he would have offered a discount on the room, but it was already paid in full, so he said he couldn't. He did have someone fix the drain, but they didn't clean it afterwards. The linen was replaced. Hindsight, I should have just switched rooms, and I should have told him to give me a partial refund. The lady who cooks the breakfast for the hotel was very welcoming and friendly.

Staff was good,room was clean,still no restaurant or lounge, I think since precovid time. Hot tub was broken the 5 day stay and you can't leave your trailer there even overnight if you are on a back pack trip.

Very nice room. I just wish there was a power outlet in the bathroom for a nightlight. I was traveling with my mother, and we both normally get up a time or two during the night to use the restroom - and dont want to tutn on the light.
