Overall decent value. The elevator is out and my room was on the 4th floor, so that was annpying but not a deal breaker. The breakfast was pretty dismal, but that's expected. The room had some stains on the floor, smelled like smoke even though it was non smoking, and there was old socks behind the night stand. The beds were comfy and the sheets and pillows were nice and clean

Pros: The hotel room was very nice and very spacious. Beds were comfy. Cons: We were put on the 4th floor and the elevators were not working. The hallways and lobby area were extremely hot & muggy.
