Great 2 story brand new construction/ traveler friendly/ very convenient location/ close to Woodlands mall, splash town, old town Spring and much more.
Spacious kitchen and comfy living room. Spacious closet ,one masters bedroom and Two normal size room,2 and 1/2 bathroom. Washer and dryer in the house .
Upstairs Additional fourth bedroom with a Private bathroom and a king size bed. It can be used upon request for an additional Fee.
Perfect for a big FAMILY.
Strictly NO SMOKING 🚭 , PETS,PARTY.
-No smoking in the house, this includes but is not limited to cigars, marijuan, vape,air fresheners,candle, etc.
-Smoke smell will result in a $500 deep
cleanig Fee to remove the smell.
We will not be responsible for any incidents or accidents that may occur in the house or any parking spaces. You will be only be able to park cars around our front yard and not in front of any neighbors' homes or yards.
