I was very disappointed with my recent stay, especially after having such a great experience during my first visit. My previous stay was what encouraged me to return, but unfortunately, this visit did not meet the same standards.
Late one night, the lights in our room went out, and we were forced to move all of our luggage to another room around midnight. No staff came to assist or offer a cart, which made the situation even more stressful. In addition, my card was unexpectedly charged a second incidental fee without any prior notice. This unplanned charge affected and disrupted some of my vacation plans.
While the staff members I spoke with were polite and did their best to help, the overall experience was disappointing and not what I expected from a hotel I once enjoyed. I truly hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves communication and guest support in the future.
