Safe and clean

Traveling solo I felt very safe. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was very polite and engaging. The only issue I had was a slow flushing toilet. I’ve stayed here before and was impressed. The cafe downstairs was really good too.

From front desk to housekeepers to Bristol, everything was run like a fine tooled machine. Very cordial. Very helpful. I try to come out a few times a season to watch the Astros. Can’t wait till the next trip back home.

Great location downtown. The team at Club Quarters was great. Very friendly and accommodating. (sent up a microwave when requested) Loved the free water, but wish there was a refrigerator in the room. Nice exterior, good gym, and great lobby, however the hotel room was in need of an update. The furniture was noticeably worn, with some pieces peeling or damaged, which affected the overall comfort and appearance. A refresh or renovation would really enhance the guest experience. Lastly, slight odor in room when entered, but they provided an additional cleaning to freshen up room after my request. Overall, nice stay.

The hotel was very visually appealing, rooms were clean and beds were really comfy. Easy walk to the Gerorge Brown Convention center. The hotel also had easy access to the train stations.

The room was not big, but was perfect for this trip because we were not planning to spend too much time there. Beds and pillows were comfortable, shower pressure was fine and temperature was great. We didn't have a fridge nor drawers, but for a room downtown Houston the price was very good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Special kudos for the "Bistro". Our reservation included "a la carte" breakfast and it was awesome. We had a couple of dinners there and the quality was above and beyond expected. The Moscow Mules were great too. If we go back to Houston will likely book here again.

Quick Overnight Stay

Upon arrival, a hotel employee quickly checked us into our room. He was very courteous. We knew the room would be small, but we thought it would have a mini fridge as stated on the hotel app. Not all of the TV channels were working. Just the big 3 networks and a few others. Not sure why. We tried to connect our phone for streaming, but that didn’t work either. We do love that the hotel is not far from Daikin Stadium. Also, parking across from the hotel was reasonable. It was advertised for $22 for overnight, but we only paid $18.
