They didn't clean the room or change the sheets or towels. When I asked at reception why, they told me to leave the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door, which was a lie. While I was complaining, two other people arrived with the same complaint.

This was a terrible experience. It was meant to be a short stay overnight t o finish driving in the morning. I booked a 2 bed queen room and the hotel only had a 1 bedroom. We had to get another room for the rest of the group. The room didn't have towels which made me wonder when was it cleaned last. The room was clean. The shower was either scolding hot or cold. The next morning the breakfast didn't have milk for cereal. So we just had sausage and muffins.

The room was nasty. The lampshade was covered in rust, the sheets and blanket were stained, there was hair on the towels and sink. One pillow had dried blood on it. The hot tub was broken. Breakfast was extremely limited and crowded, most healthy options were gone.

No one at the desk for 10 mins when we arrived. The original room they gave us, the cards didn’t work, when we finally did get in, the room was dirty and wasn’t cleaned. She gave us another room, with an upgrade. Room was fine. Pool was closed due to maintenance. Didn’t get an email stating this. Very inconvenient as we anticipated staying there for that amenity

Picked this spot because it had an indoor pool. Got to sight and pool was closed for maintenance. The breakfast was good, but staff was slow to refill the food, ran out of spoons, had to ask for some. The king size bed had a queen size comforter on it.

It was really bad. When I came into the hotel to check in she first told me there is no hot tub. I was told by front desk that the hot tub and pool is broken. I continued to check in. She gave me my room and when I went in the sheets were dirty when I pulled him back. There was hair and stains all in the bed I went back she looked. And she called a housekeeper to clean. The front desk clerk went to find a clean room ““ and when she came back, she said she thinks she found a room and I told her no I don’t want a room if you have to find a clean room and two of the rooms have not been clean then that means that you don’t have clean rooms. People were living in the hotel with kids like a whole house of clothes, toys, and furniture in that up in that hotel. It was in full renovation mode. The hotel is being remodeled. This was nowhere on the website. The hotel was 1000% nasty. She would not cancel my room.
