Follow-up from my previous review of 1. I spoke with a supervisor and they told me that the shower situation was completely unacceptable and took some very generous measures to rectify the situation. The shower valve would not release so I couldn't take a shower. Front desk couldn't tell me why they would put a customer in a room without a working shower. I was told that maintenance was on a call and that the best they could do was extend my check out time two hours. I was told to "call back" to see where I was in the queue. Simply awful. customer service. No offer of credit, no offer to move me to another room to shower. Nothing. Just wait. Unacceptable.
