Nice spot

Location is ducked off being Kroger. But after finding, this hotel was a nice stay. It is located near several restaurants and places needed for my stay. I would definitely stay again and recommend.

We like this hotel because it provides a gated parking lot and is within walking distance to a local Kroger. We don’t like this hotel because I found bugs hidden under the wasted towels in the bathroom. The room is not exactly very clean.

I booked a King room . When I arrived I was told the elevator was broken and we would have to walk to the 3rd floor …and there were no king rooms available . We were given a two bed room but it smelled horrible room 152 . She then gave us room 306 on the third floor with a working elevator!!! So idk what happened to why could get what we booked for . At about 4 n the morning we discovered the toilet did not flush and advised the supervisor of my concerns early that morning .When we checked out I called Expedia bc my stay had issues they called the supervisor and she denied me voicing my problems and told me that a man checked me in and not a woman .. she the released the call in my face .. little did she know was the Expedia was on the three way call and heard everything. I am currently on hold with with Bonvoy to file a complaint.

I give this property one star because when we came, none of the keys were working and they couldn’t get it working so far our first night we had no key to our own door. Someone had to let us in and out which doesn’t make you feel safe the next day they gave us an emergency key, but no one knew when anything would be fixed or with anyone would come in and try to help us with that.

The room was clean and comfortable with everything working inside. The surrounding felt unsafe because they were weird looking individuals loitering inside, outside and around the premises. Staffs were rude and ignoring customers and having arguments about police reports with customers.

We were given one of the worst rooms on the property - too many access points for a family, large gap under the door which could allow the roaches, mosquitoes and other bugs easy access to the room. The bathroom was old, dingy and dirty. The remodel was like putting lipstick on a pig. I do not recommend this hotel, especially if you bundle your hotel in a package.

Best sleep ever

Our stay was great. We got some of the best sleep while we were there. The bed was so comfortable. I didn't want to get up. The rooms were clean and smelled good. Some places I have stayed at smell musky. The location was great also. We enjoyed our stay and also that there was a grocery store right next door. We walked over a couple of times.

When we arrived at the property no rooms were available. They said they informed you but it was not updated on Expedia website. The staff was very helpful and gave us some numbers we could call.
