There was nothing around it, only galleria, about 3 miles away, the shuttle was on service, they did not have any replacement for shuttle, the internet was super slow, almost nothing, I opened my roaming data, I called them every night but no correction for internet

Elevator was not working. The tub was dirty. The room just did not look like the pictures on the internet. the staff was very friendly.

The shower in my room 221 had only cold water for the 3 days I was there. The sink had hot water, so there was some plumbing issue, as opposed to there being an “operator error”. Very disappointing and not what I would expect of a doubletree. Because I was there on business, with early morning meetings, I did not have time to wait around for maintenance to repair it.

The guy that was working Valet when we left was the Greateat EVER!!! He was there when we got there and he was there when we left. He went over and beyond. He did stuff for me and my son and was just Great and Awesome!!! Nothing more i can say about him!!! It was a Great stay there and we will be going back there to stay!!!
