En general fue buena la estancia, solamente que pagamos una habitación para 3 adultos y un niño y todos los días tuvimos que solicitar toallas para 4 personas y, en ocasiones, gel de baño, jabón para las manos, papel de baño. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, los desayunos buenos y suficientes y el personal amable.

Staff was very friendly and front desk was very accommodating. Nice open and updated lobby with bar and tv area. Casual affordable dining is needed. Breakfast/restaurant was a bit pricey but appeared nice. Beds and pillows were comfortable (!) and towels were clean. Housekeeping did not stock the room daily. But beds were made and got clean towels. Location was walkable to some restsurants and drug store. Some homeless issues on hotel grass.

Room was clean and spacious, I only noticed that there’s a lot of dust so allergies inside the room can be a problem, also I think they use too much Clorox because we (husband, my son and me) got itchy during sleeping time (under the sheets). We love the warm cookies everyday. Reception people were nice and easy to deal with, bathroom was working fine, and clean with all the things needed. I did not like that they charge extra for even one bottle of water in the room, also parking is extra, in my opinion it should be part of the hotel service.
