I was able to check in by phone the day before arrival. Upon arrival the check in manager had never heard of online check in and wouldn’t give me the room key until 9 mins of showing her the confirmation info finally convinced her that I even had a room applied to my reservation. When I made it to my room, I had a kitchen in the room. For some reason, I had not known there would be one in the room. I have MS and extremely Gluten Free intolerant. I very quickly started having spinal issues and then started getting bitten by fleas. I decided to check out. A new lady was at the front desk and was very kind about my checking out and suggested that Expedia contact the general manager for a refund due to the circumstances. They did reach out to Dianne… she refused! The circumstances did not matter. She said that I had originally agreed to a No Cancellation Refund. For obvious reasons, ai would never recommend this hotel to any of my acquaintances.
