Bathroom- someone’s hair on the floor, disgusting mold around shower bottom. Mirror is all rusty and wallpaper is torn. Room has no extra chair to sit beside desk chair, no water bottles to make coffee, curtains would not close completely. Breakfast- so excited about getting waffles and not available on weekends! We will not be back. Poor example of a Marriott hotel.

Had an issue the morning of check out with personnel trying to gain access to room while I was still in room way before checkout time but it is what it is things happen I guess. Other than that hotel is very clean as far as I can see I really was not at hotel other than to sleep after event. I would stay again if i needed to.

We have stayed there 3 years every October. Very clean, staff is very friendly and always willing to help solve whatever complaints or concerns you have! Excellent hotel to stay at!! I can’t say enough good things about it! Looking forward to go next October!! Breakfast was always very good with a great variety!! ❤️❤️❤️

No water available (only to buy). Really, no pitcher of water? The juice machine has water but only during breakfast hours. 2 of us got reprimanded for getting water 10 minutes before the breakfast buffet opened. Coffee was cold. Breakfast buffet had very poor choices. I’m not overweight! My main focus is not on food! Just looking for the best bang for my buck and was disappointed. One of the reasons I chose to stay at a Marriot was the benefit of free breakfast. Room was nice. People were friendly.

Clean room, most of the staff was great. Nice hotel, good location. The Only Exception...our room was next to the kitchen. They start making the complimentary breakfast at 5am. If you plan on sleeping in, Do Not accept this room! The room was across from the public restrooms, near lobby & the bar. I requested a room change after Night One. I was told that they were fully booked(which I understand) she also told me, unless there is a "real" reason to switch, she could not change my room. I guess a Guest's comfort is not a "real" reason. I felt dismissed by this employee and I really did not want to bring Karen out to play. I just needed sleep!
