Mark is awesome. I forgot my phone in the car and he walked me to my car to look for them. Granite it was late and dark and he volunteered to escort me to get my phone. He was thoughtful and cares about the people staying either for a night or money. Thank you Mark.

Well the room and accessories are great There is just an issue with this noise that happens ever so often or about every couple of hours It sounds like maybe a chair is being dragged across the floor and it happens all day and night -- the sound is sometimes by the AC unit and sometimes it can be heard while I am in the bathroom The door squeaks every time it is opened and closed -- I feel embarrassed that the individuals next to me are able to hear it because it is very loud This is for room 422 on days 12/29 to 12/31

Nice hotel. The room was very clean and everything was working fine. We even had personalized greeting message on TV. The breakfast was good, some variety. The only thing that was not satisfying is they charge for parking. When i booked on Expedia, it gave 2 points, paid parking and limited parking. There was plenty of parking in front of hotel, but they said they do not have free parking. I guess this is Expedia did not communicate this clearly. The hotel did send us text about cost of parking. Other than that, we had very pleasant stay and will stay at this hotel again.
