The staff was accommodating to us when we had to extend our stay because of cancelled flights due to the winter storm that his the northeast. We had an issue one day when our room was not cleaned but we were provided with fresh towels promptly when requested.

The airport shuttle was called upon arrival and did not hear back for exactly 59 minutes, took an Uber instead. Then the return ahuttle to the airport was full the following morning, another Uber was needed. Hotel needs general cleaning, from the entrance, the lobby to the elevator floors and the hallways. Room was okay but did find a hair in the bedding, which was a little disturbing. 3 stars is generous and would stay somewhere else next time travelling through Houston.
