Breakfast offering was good, with nice variety. Only negative was that the breakfast area was super crowded. We decided to take our plates and drinks upstairs to our guest room.

I book this hotel because my daughter had a next day appointment at MD ANDERSON CANCER FACITY , We got there at 11:45 pm Midnight 1 night before her appointment according to the receptionist their computers were down, they couldn’t register me or look me up so they couldn’t give me a key. So now they turned around and said they never had any technical problems, when I literally had to stayed in another hotel They’re saying that there was nothing wrong with their computer even the receptionist was so so rude, And that I never showed up when I was literally was there. It’s so pitiful. I’ve never written a review but for them to be lying it’s not FAIR

Easy access to a lot of locations. A slight learning curve with the garage elevators but only because I'd never seen it done that way before. Easy once I figured it out. Breakfast was good and filling. Would definitely stay here again.
