Bathroom door lock wasn't working, end up with changing room, on the new room front door lock wasn't working also next day evening when came to the room the room wasn't refresh end up calling front desk asking for shower towels.

everything about the property is clean and new. They didnt clean our room until night 4 of 5 and we had to request towels daily. they never came in to take out garbage and cleaning staff was gone by 4p daily. Not clear why they never cleaned our room. Front desk did attempt to fix the problem on the last day
