The Hyatt Regency Hotel was very clean and smelled amazing! Everywhere we went in the hotel all the staffed were very nice to us. We didn't encounter not even one rude person. We will be returning. I highly recommend this hotel!!

Tv didnt connect most of the time, no microwave, no fridge, expensive non complementary breakfast, extra 100 dollar "incident fee" thats theres no mention of befor but supposedly will get refunded but theres no idication of what the fee will be for, elevator was sktchy and closed on people like actually on their arms in the elevator doors
