Great apartment, not so great property.

The apartment was super-clean, really nice and just as pictured. The property outside was not very well maintained and overall pretty dirty. Poor/no landscaping, broken glass, empty shopping carts in driveway, gate that stayed open (b/c it was broken). Just not a nice property.
