Waited for 20 minutes at front desk before someone came. Room was not very clean, mold in shower, hole in bathroom wall, and power went out about 9pm and came back on at 11 pm. Hotel was the only thing with no power. Surrounding businesses had lights still on.

There was no elevator. I carried my luggage three flights of stairs. The security was rude and didn’t speak English.
