The overall stay was good except for the restaurant service. The restaurant manager came to me and my guests while we were eating and demanded that I go to my room and put on a pair of pants as that had humiliated me in front of my guests. Her staff were wonderful and did everything to assure me and my guest about the situation getting taken care of. Overall other than the restaurant incident, my birthday stay was ok.

Oasis in the city

Wonderful employees. The valet parking is also excellent, and the hotel is located in a green “oasis” in the city, which is very nice. Omni is my new go-to hotel when I’m in Houston.
