I booked a room on expedia, and paid for it. Upon arrival the young man at the front desk informs me of an additional 100 dollar deposit that needs to be paid for incidentals. No big deal. This is where the nightmare began. Apparently the hotel does not accept my credit card type, and I was unable to check into the room. Nowhere on the listing or in the fine print did it mention the 100 dollar deposit or the form of payment they do and do not accept to pay it. Management refuses to refund my money for a room I wasn't even able to check into due to their policy and their failure to disclose this policy until they already have robbed you for your money. I work on the road, and I am in a hotel room 3weeks out of the month. I have been staying at wyndham properties exclusively lately, but after this experience, I am forced to take my business elsewhere. I refuse to be taken advantage of by a company I pay good money to for services.

Avoid this hotel!! 2 loud fans running in the hallway, the flooring in the room was stained, torn, and poorly patched and installed, the bathroom flooring was missing a lot of the grout. The shower had no pressure, water was warm at best, and the shower head was waist high. The shower tile had holes in it from previous fixtures. There was no drinks or food available for purchase,

There were roaches that crawled out of the drawer when we opened it looking for a bible. The wall plugs were not connected. When you plugged in your cell phone charger the eall plug would not hold it. We propped something to lean against it to keep it plugged in.

The staff was nice, the room was clean and quiet. I was only in town because my flight to Louisville was canceled due to the snowstorm and was happy to find a convenient and inexpensive place to stay near the airport.
