From what i understood this is a pet friendly hotel.From the day if check in not once did housekeeping come by to provide service and the day she did my dog had a accident so me not having toilet paper used a towel. When she saw the towle she told me i was nasty as well as my room and put her "Boss " on the phone who was VERY RUDE and let her staff treat us inhumane turned in all my towls and blankets just to sleep 3 night with no blankets for my family as well as having housekeeping "Boss" tell me i got to leave that day so i went to the front desk and talked to the guys he said i was able to say out my days .Upon check out i let the front desk guy knw how i was a hk supervisor at the quality inn ans suite for the Patels and i would Never alow my hk ladies to treat guest in and inhumane manner. No towles no soap no blankets no stay over service. But the housekeeping would watch me every morning to the point i felt uncomfortable. 3 housekeeper to clean one room lol ..Thank u to the front desk for understanding my situation but your housekeeping is running off customers and thats money ..I got pics of my sheets in a bag left outside for 2 days .

Appreciated being able to put a "Please don't disturb" sign on the door that they respected and having amazon deliveries kept safe in office with no trouble. Business really needs to join with the surrounding community though, and help work on the social problems of crime and poverty. We are all ONE! <3

Management very nice and understanding, but tenants very loud and tacky. Everything new and nice in our room, but ice machine not even plugged in / vending machine broken / laundry machines in front office and too much to use. Offered discount to us, but water off twice and shoddy wifi. They should make it affordable for all the poor and homeless people outside to live or stay there and focus on making it tenable and safe for $350+ each week...

Considering the area when i came here i was impressed. Up to date modern and CLEAN! I always bring my own bedding but othercthan 2$ a roll of toilet paper and the kitchen faucet had no handles in my room anyway. Other than that id definitely come back

RUN!!! this may as well be a run-down apartment complex there's dogs barking in a cage, broke down cars tents up in the middle of night with loud music. the pics of this place had to be when it was first built looks nothing like the pics. There were dead roaches inside the room, The refrigerator was disgusting and wasn't even plugged in ... so distasteful. The room was a non-smoking room, the smell was so strong it instantly activated my allergies. Unless you are desperately homeless RUN!

This hotel had bed bugs, no tv one light. Just horrible, the staff offered me another room. Another guest told me if the room had a blow dry I should have used it to kill the bed bug. People staying at the hotel asking me if I want to get high. Hate it.

Room was smelling like mold and pine sol I could hardly breath the air. I didn’t stay and would like a refund as payment was in advance. The area had vagrants on the streets and exterior was very run down.
