Needed a hotel in this part of the state and it turned out to be a great pick for the price. The King suite with the pullout bed was great for a family of 3 plus a dog. All the staff were very nice and helpful.

We got stuck in a snow storm and had to stop find a place to stay for the night. The staff was very warm and welcoming which was the best part of the stay. The room was very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good, but it was the kindness of the staff both at check-in and at check-out that would make me want to stay there again.

I am looking into getting a refund. I checked in, after having had paid for the room for two nights in full previously. I was very ill and almost wasn't able to the event at all. I did not show up on the first day of my reservation due to the severity of my being sick and traveling alone. When I arrived at the Hotel, I was told that because I "no showed" the day prior, I would not be able to be taken off that list. I was also charged for the full amount of the room for not showing. EVEN THOUGH, I had paid for the room already in full. ALSO, my reservation would have to be rebooked as being put on the "no show list, could not be reversed." When I asked about the fact that I had already paid in full, they told me that because I booked through a 3rd party (Expedia) that I would have to take it up them. Which is a main reason I don't traditionally book 3rd party, this happens all the time. But they got their money from Expedia, AND charged me for not showing up the cost of another night. How greedy! So, for one night in that hotel, I had to pay for the room a total of 4 nights!
