This one of a kind property comes with its own private beach so your little ones can enjoy a little swimming while you can watch over them while you fish. This fully furnished home is not only known for its breathtaking views but also its updated interior with many amenities at your disposal such as a pool table and ping pong table. Enjoy hot chocolate by a warm fire at night to cap off what is sure to be the greatest experience of your life. This centrally located home is beach front but also only a short walk to the town of Rainier where you can enjoy a cold brew or dining where this hot bed of tourism is exploding onto the scene as one of the best kept secrets. Rainy lake is also known as one of the best fishing lakes not only in Minnesota but all of the United States. Recently added a 50 foot dock wonderful for fishing. Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Start a load of used towels in washer. Pile sheets, pillowcases and remaining towels just OUTSIDE of laundry room. Comforters remain in the bedrooms.
Put garbage in garbage can by garage or in cans down at street.
Put furniture back in original position if moved.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
