객실 상태도 좋은 편입니다. 객실 바닥이 카펫이라 마음에 들지 않는군요 인터넷은 빠르지는 않지만, 네이버 / 카톡 모두 열리는군요. 외부에 광동 음식점 한군데 이외는 괜찮은 곳이 없습니다. 수년전보다는 몇군데 상점이 생겨서 다행입니다. 풀먼, 캉디, 르네상스보다는 조용합니다. 조식은 음식 종류는 많지만, 실속이 없군요. ^^

Comfortable and clean. Facilities are ok. The food quality in Chinese and Japanese restaurants are good. However the overall services particularly front desk, guest service and the restaurants are far below standard of what a 5 star hotel should provide. The staff is not well-trained and some of them are even rude and careless. I stay a week in this hotel and was very disappointed.
