Palmas del Mar was exceptional! Palmas Doradas was beautiful! I would stayed there again! I loved it! The host was very helpful and when I needed something was willing to call and speak with me. I would recommend Palmas Doradas to anyone for a pleasant stay. The view is beautiful! I wish I could have stayed longer, I just fell in love with with complex! Loved the security in there as well!

Very nice place to stay but couple of detail to fix and improve. The shower was broken, and the Furnitures and bed in the bedroom are too old and the bed was very noisy. Is good for a couples, have nice view and good facilities around. Location is perfect and safe. Good for the price!!

Very nice place excellent view of the ocean. Clise walk to the beach.Property mangers left beach stuff to use. Had a great time would definitely recommend this place.

Chasing sunsets and moonlights

Turtle Pond apartment offers the best location in the complex, with a spectacular views of the golf course, ocean and situated next to the hotel. If you don’t have a rental car, I highly recommend renting a golf cart to navigate the entire property and visit the restaurants. Palmas de Mar is a little gem of the southeast coast of the island. Suggestions for improvement: 1. Provide a video for accessing the unit to open the lockbox prior to arrival. 2. Offer instructions for using the stove. 3. Label the lockbox for units A and B. 4. Be cautious of a leaking window facing the balcony during heavy rain and winds. 5. The property could benefit from a fresh coat of paint. 6. The futon requires cleaning. Despite these points, Turtle Pond boasts the best location, with a lovely view during the day and stunning moonlight views at night. The private pool is excellent, although more umbrellas are needed for shading. Adjacent to the property, the restaurant Trova in the hotel is fantastic. However, our all time favorite is the Pescadería with an amazing menu featuring fresh local fish and seafood. It requires transportation to reach.

Mi experiencia fue formidable.. solo que tengo dos comentario respecto a la propiedad adicional a los que ya tenia que me fueron informado.. Que en la cocina no encontré ni un cubierto para comer y que la cama tiene un sostén de madera ,que sobresale Asia afuera de muy mal aspecto ,en el cual uno se tropieza siempre que camina al rededor de ella y con facilidad puede uno tener un accidente .. pienso que estås dos cosas son muy importante para cualquier viajero que ocupe esta propiedad . Les agradezco su servicio. Gracias Herminia Burgos

Excelente ubicaciĂłn

Fue una buena experiencia y mis niños lo disfrutaron, pero la piscina estaba sucia y el jacuzzi no lo pudimos usar porque también estaba muy sucio. Le falta un buen mantenimiento a las piscinas, por lo demås todo estuvo bien en el apartamento y la ubicación excelente. El día del check out tuvimos problemas con el personal de seguridad del lugar porque no nos querían abrir los baños para poder cambiarnos e irnos. Nos dijeron que no nos podíamos quedar en la piscina luego del check-out.

What a view!!!

I had a few hiccups with my stay in Puerto Rico. My flight was canceled twice. The property manager tried extending our stay at palmas but they where completely booked. The girls that cleaned the unit were amazing. I loved waking up to have my morning coffee in the cute little balcony. I would definitely stay there again!

Nice but..

The place was nice and clean and the management company was quick to respond to any questions I had. A few things to note.. the power went out for a prolonged (about 2 hour) period 2x on our 5 night stay. This was odd because I didn’t see other buildings in Palmas Del Mar also lose power. The other major thing was that there is a door separating this unit from the one next to it and that door is paper thin. Just hope that no one is in the unit next to you because you will literally hear them even if they are talking in a normal tone. I’m not exaggerating- it felt and sounded like the people next door were in our room at times and if they chose to play music 
 be prepared for a long night. The last thing I’d mention is that the hot tub outside was not working so that was a bit of a disappointment. Pools were nice and the room was nice overall and well equipped with beach towels, chairs, washer / dryer and refrigerator.

"Coming back"

The place was amazing, everything clean & the villa very comfortable. But the only bad experience was that the elevator didn't work some of the time and I was in the 4th floor with a baby, other than that I recommend this place.
