The person on the front desk was excellent. She went out of her way to make sure she had an accessible room for my husband, even though we didn't initially request one. She even kept looking after we left and ended up switching our room. She was friendly with our daughter and had a great personality. She set the tone for the whole stay and it was wonderful. Especially enjoyed the waffles for breakfast.

The only plus is that is was a nice size room. The hotel needs work done in it. Spent 3 nights there. Saturday night was pricy. Over $345 before tax. Housekeeping never cleaned out rooms. Each night when we got back to the hotel we had to go to the front and get more towels, coffee and toilet paper. The area is not the best. No restaurants or stores near by. I would not recommend staying here.

Clean room, helpful staff, nice continental breakfast. Comfy beds but the couch bed mattress was thin and worn as were its cushions. The room was clean but could use some upgrades to furniture. Shower pressure was high and water heated up nicely. Staff did not fill facial tissues but everything else was refilled or replaced.

We had a really nice time! The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was great! The pool was clean and relaxing! Our room was nice, but you could definitely see the wear and tear from years of use. Our room was only cleaned 1 of the 4 or 5 days we were there. Other than that, it was a really nice stay. The location was perfect since it was only about 15 minutes from everything we did! Would definitely stay again.

The room was very spacious, clean, and updated, and the included breakfast was very adequate including hot options as well. We will definitely stay at a Comfort Inn and Suites again when traveling.
