Wonderful place

Everything was great. We loved the house , clean beautiful and very convenient. Also the emplacement was perfect , not so far from the beach and very quiet and friendly neighbor. We will come back for more days on our next trip to LA

Huntington stay

We came to Huntington Beach for a few days and wanted to be close to the beach. The location was great, it was a quick 5 min drive and uber was also a great option. The 2 king beds were very comfortable. There were some beach chairs that we used and the patio was relaxing too.

Great beach spot

We really enjoyed this location and how close it was to everything! The beds were so comfortable and the rooms were cozy! Great set up and checkin was easy and we felt safe. The one negative thing was that it did not have blackout shades in bedroom and there was a motion light that kept going on outside bedroom.

Good place for the price

The property was clean and well decorated. The king size bed was comfortable in the hall bedroom but the bed was so large it made the small room hard to move around in. The comforter was not breathable so it was either sweating immediately under the blanket or cold outside of it. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes. One suggestion for the knives...throw them away and start over. They're dull to the point of ridiculous. I would take a new knife of the cheapest variety over those ones. The bathroom was nice and the water pressure in the shower was amazing! My above complaints are small in comparison to the overall experience. If I were ever in Huntington again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay there a second time.

Convenient for sightseeing

The property was perfect for the 3 of us. Unfortunately we had rain during our stay but we had ample room in the rental to relax, watch TV and play games. The kitchen was well stocked with the essential cookware to prepare meals and the grill was an added bonus. Kay left some snacks and coffee for us which was wonderful. The one day we did not have rain, We were able to walk to the pier, shops and restaurants. It was a perfect location to return to after a trip to Hollywood as well as Anaheim. I would highly recommend this rental!

Amazing Property!

We were so impressed with this property! Stayed in the end of June and were never hot at night even without AC just open up the windows and there’s a beautiful breeze! Everything we could have wanted or needed was included. Seems like it might be small but we had plenty of space with my wife, my two newly adult children and my 16-year-old. One bathroom was sometimes tight but that’s OK. Really wasn’t an issue. Love to this property and would stay again!

Charming place to stay

My daughters and I really enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean and well stocked. Communication with owner was available though there was no reason for me to communicate. I felt it was in a safe area. The only downside was that it was 2 miles from the beach but I knew that upfront and we enjoy walking. You will need a rental car here to get around. There were lots of stores and shopping near by. Parking on the street was always available. This was a cozy place and the beds were amazing!

This was my first experience with the app and i'm glad I came across this place. Easy check in no difficulties. Parking was easy to find but after 6pm it can be hard to find a spot , but overal the place was super clean and welcoming!

Nice place

Nice place with easy access, full kitchen and a small backyard to enjoy. Newer washer and dryer is handy and TVs in every room. It’s not a big place but it’s big enough! You do have to be careful of parking on streets weeping days but we never had trouble finding a spot.
