Cute little surfer Inn for a third of the price of the larger, fancier hotels. Excellent location. The Inn has a cute little deck with an ocean view.

I’ve stayed at Huntington Surf Inn several times. I love the location, free parking, large rooms, and direct access to the beach. Yes it’s an older place, BUT it’s perfect for me. The manager, Jonathan, is wonderful as well. He remembers my name and ensures my stay is perfect. I’ll be back soon!

Cute little beach motel

This is a motel but within walking distance to beach and shopping and food. Cute room and it was clean. The guy at front office was so friendly and helpful with recommendations for restaurants and he had ice for us when we needed it. Free parking. There’s a spot for each room so that was a big plus. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze but my SUV fit just fine. I would definitely stay here again!

The area where there is supposed to be coffee was, in fact, devoid of coffee…had to amble down the street to a coffee joint for my morning fix. The A/C unit in room 8 was loud when it operated, which appeared to be about a 50/50 proposition. The toilet ran somewhat continuously because the flapper inside the tank was insufficient…should be a simple fix. I chose this place because it had a great rating and my options were limited (last-minute trip decision). I am somewhat scratching my head how it was rated so highly. All this negative stuff said (typed), the room was clean, the bed was comfortable enough, it’s in a great location, and the dude working there was nice. If the A/C unit is fixed and coffee is available, I’m bumping it up to a 4 of 5 star rating…assuming the nightly rate is commensurate with the accommodation.

I enjoyed our room. I feel good. Nonice.machine but theirnis a 24hr 7 eleven like 10 feet away. I love their cute and comfortable patio that they offer. Its very tranquil and just right for my energy. Will book and be back soon!

We enjoyed how close this motel is to the beach and downtown! The beds were a little uncomfortable but overall fine. We stayed in room 3 which is right across a wonderful little patio area to watch the beach life. Would definitely come back!

It’s at most, 10 minutes to walk to the pier and main shopping strip. Good vibe. Bring ear plugs. It’s not fancy, but it’s good if you’re just looking for a place to crash and location.
