The room was not as clean as usual and the bed looked like someone had all ready slept in it when we walked into the room. Bed was very hard but the pillows was pretty soft. Probably won’t stay here again even though we have stayed multiple times in the past.

The keycard reader died and I couldn’t get into my room. Had to switch rooms. Elevator was broke down and the only working one absolutely reeked of weed and smoke. Paid online for the room and the front desk charged me again for the room. I’m a travel nurse and I stay here a lot. Typically I never have an issue but this stay was a very different story.

The carpet in the room was not clean. My pink socks became very dirty within a few minutes of walking around. The back entrance to the hotel was supposed to be secured with access only by an active room key; the door lock was broken and anyone could enter. We felt quite vulnerable as a result.
