I stayed at this hotel due to its proximity to the hospital where I was having a procedure. I was told that the car (in valet) would be ready at 5:30 AM when I needed to leave. No one was in sight. We walked around the main floor, looking and calling for someone which put me in a bit of a panic. We knocked on doors and yelled down the hallway. Finally someone came about 10 minutes late. Some of the Front Desk folks are very friendly unhelpful, others are not. The ladies in the dining room for breakfast were very kind as were the ladies in the restaurant in the evening. We enjoyed a very expensive meal there. I would not return to this hotel. There was a lot of noisy traffic at night and early morning. I realize that cannot be helped, but it was not a good place to rest and relax. I’m not sure if the website mentions that there is only self Park out on the street after 4:30. Otherwise it is metered parking or $10 a day for valet. In addition, the patio area looks nothing like the picture on the website. People were out there smoking and the couch seating is all disheveled and sunburned.

Staff great. Room never cleaned, trash emptied bed remade or washcloths and towels replaced. Someone had been in the room as a light was on that I never used. Desk staff great. I never mentioned housekeeping to them. Only there to sleep. Breakfast not included in the daily rate.

Beautiful property with great location to walkable restaurants. Friendly staff. Website states there is airport shuttle however this is not 100% accurate. Shuttle is possibly available when you schedule it 24 hours in advance…we made the reservation on the same day as our stay with less than 24 hours from our need to depart for the airport. We called a taxi company the night we checked in and were told by taxi that we would have to pay in advance. Uber and Lyft did not feel like a safe bet at that point. Bottom line: do not advertise services that are not provided. We deliberately selected this hotel because of the availability of the shuttle and paid a higher stay to do so. Not being confident we could get to the airport made for a sleepless night. Ultimately we had to call our friends who live more than half an hour away to get a ride. Disappointed in this property.

All in all, this was very good property. The room was small but clean. I was disappointed that the fridge and microwave are no longer in the room. The staff was courteous and the room was clean

Proximity to sights and entertainment was good. Parking was by valet only with an extra charge for the service or two hour parking meters on the street. The bathroom was dirty with outdated, broken wardrobe and drawers that jammed in the room.
