The staff here at absolute sweethearts. The property is in a rough neighborhood. Me and my husband didn't mind but someone who is traveling alone may not feel safe here. Three we're many places in our room that looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The bed was a bit tall and was hot too sleep in I think they may have had foam on it. The carpets were old and very dirty as were the walls. Luckily , it was a cheap and quick stay. Breakfast was good and the staff in there were excellent super nice people. I liked that we parked right outside our door. The place were we got ice was a pretty dirty area. Overall I would say they need some deep cleaning and updating. The rooms are old and not well insulated so I was woken up several times that night. It seemed allot of drug use was going on by the renters in the area.

We have always has a great stay at this hotel. The reservations was easy to do online and it made checkin so much easier. The rooms were fantastic and the breakfast was so good. I love the fact that this hotel is near so many good places to shop and eat. It was especially great that UAH was about a 5 minute drive.

Not the 4 seasons, but good.

It's a old hotel that they have updated, and cleaned. We were there for one night, 3 teens and two adults in two rooms. The bathrooms were cleaned but still old. The beds seemed newer, they were a little stiff but ok for a night. The staff was great other than the maintenance guy who decided to stare down my 17yo daughter at breakfast, luckily for him I wasn't interested in going to jail on my way to spring break. The breakfast was one of the better free breakfast you'll find at this price. The area around the hotel was a little sketchy looking, but just a short drive away was a cool area with top golf and restaurants. Would stay here again if I was passing through.

Our rooms were disgusting, we had 2 rooms. The bathrooms had mold on the ceiling, one of the tubs didn't drain well so we were standing in 3 inches of water. Hasnt been dusted in a long time. The rooms were just dirty. The air conditioning didn't work in one room so it was pretty uncomfortable. Free breakfast had watery eggs, no bread for toast. I read previous reviews and so i figured an overall 8.8 review was good! I'm not sure how in the world anyone could have rated this hotel that high, they obviously were not in our rooms. Plus there was no mention that the pool was closed. We will not stay at this hotel again. I tried to add photos but the app won't let me.

The ladies at check in were great! Rooms were clean and the bedding is fabulous. Slept amazing! Breakfast was fully stocked, clean and lots to choose from. A really good stay for the money. Will definitely be back when in town.
