Needs an update and maintenance
When we arrived our first room had no heat. The maintenance man offered us a space heater. We said we would prefer to move. The young lady at the front desk was very kind and accommodating and moved us to another room. In that room. The heater worked but it was very very noisy. Kept us awake most of the night but we were awakened at 1:45 a.m. by the fire alarm. We had to get up, get dressed and go outside in the 4° weather and wait for the fire department. No explanation was given from the person on the front desk during the night. We walked past him on our way out of the front doors and he didn't even acknowledge us. Finally got back in and to bed. In the morning when we were checking out we asked at the front desk what the issue was. The girl shrugged and said Ishe thought it was a faulty alarm. What? We should get some sort of compensation for this. We were all awakened by a faulty alarm? Out in the cold for half an hour in the middle of the night? And no apology or anything from the resort. Very, very disappointed.
