This hotel was exceptional, especially for the price! Having a suite with a sofa gave us extra space for people coming to visit, it was quiet and clean, and even though the staff was going through a computer issue, they went above and beyond to make sure we were accomodated. We will be very happy to stay there again!

Hit the spot for one night

I had a super friendly check in. The hotel is not far from Sam Houston State and there are plenty of places to eat near the hotel. I would stay here again.

Amazing

At this price point in a smaller town, you can't expect much. But I have a few things that really are important to me and this hotel got them all right. First, the room got really cold, really fast (which was good). The shower was hot with great pressure. The TV had a guide. The beds were comfortable, and our room had glasses, plates, and a full size fridge. The gym was actually larger than normal. I didn't try the breakfast, it didn't look anything great. I forgot my toothpaste and they gave me some. Parking was fine, Quiet, clean. Honestly I was just passing through but REALLY happy with this hotel. I wanted to try the pool but checked in/out too late. I did see people in it though. Very close (walking) to walmart and restarurants.

Comfortable Stay

Entire property has been kept new and clean. It had many amenities outside (pool, gym, outdoor seating) and so did the room (fridge, microwave, stove, couch, closet). There were plenty of electrical outlets and accessory outlets to charge phones, etc. The complementary breakfast was descent. We will definitely consider a Home2Suite property for future travel.
