Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
We got to the house and found someone else already in it. The person there said she had rented the place too. I don’t know what happened but the experience has tainted me from the whole idea of renting houses, especially through hotels.com. We got a refund, but ended up stranded late at night. We ended up wandering around and finding a hotel on our own after the help provided wasn’t very helpful.
