The house itself is beautiful. The pool was inviting. Our experience with this host though, was unprecidented. First we arrived an hour an a half early and asked for early check in. The owner replied we could, but at an additional charge of 60. We declined and waited outside until the official check in time. Then couldn’t access the house for 20 minutes as the code didn’t work. The house was clean but the bathrooms were not ( see picture).We were left with 3 garbage bags for a 10 day stay, and texted him asking for more. He replied that we should buy them ourselves. Then we received checkout instructions that included stripping the beds and starting a load of wash!!!We have stayed in many vacation homes, and never experienced a penny pinching relationship like this. So to some it up, nice home, not a very friendly or helpful host.

The perfect stay

My friends and I stayed at this very attractive house for a week of golf in the area. The guys could not stop raving about how much they liked the house. Tastefully decorated, everything you need is provided. Great hot tub, pool and sitting areas. In past rentals, there was always a few things that did not work or were not provided. This house has everything for a comfortable, enjoyable stay.

Bed count inaccurate

This house was pretty nice in every other way except the number of beds listed. There was a bed short, which caused a 65 year old man to have to sleep on the couch. When we tried to discuss this with the property manager through text, they stopped communicating. I really feel that the share that my friend paid, should have been refunded. I cannot recommend this property

Very Pleased

Beautiful home and back yard. Lots of space to relax, inside and out. Big kitchen and island. Comfortable mega couch. Quiet neighborhood. Very quiet at night, so great for sleeping. Loved blackout drapes for master, and the master shower was spacious and well vented! Saltwater pool was a refreshing surprise. BBQ grill was large and easy to use. This is a great vacation home. We will definitely return if we ever visit St George again.

Beautiful property with everything you need and more. Six adults stayed but definitely plenty of room for more. We were able to enjoy the hot tub after hiking for the day and it was wonderful! Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. Property management answered questions quickly and were easy to deal with. Highly recommended!

Excellent house with great amenities!

The house was amazing! It was super clean, has a great stock of everything needed in the kitchen, tons of linens including kitchen, bath and pool, and excellent indoor and outdoor entertainment options! The beds were very comfortable and the dual laundry was a huge bonus! We used the pool the most, but the hot tub and gas fire pit was a nice option for the cool evenings. We would absolutely stay here again!

This property is amazing. We absolutely loved it. It is stocked with everything you need ( except spray pam and cooking oil HA HA). The layout is beautiful, the pool is huge and the house is decorated so nicely. We had so much fun and would definitely go back in a heart beat.

Wonderful stay and experience

Great home and responsive company to deal with. House itself was immaculate, well-equipped, comfortable and great location. Had space for 7 of us to spread out...loved having morning coffee on the upstairs balcony overlooking the beautiful mountains. The pool was a lovely way to spend time in the gorgeously landscaped back yard. The one drawback was the constant noise coming from a pump that was being used for some kind of work being done across the street.....made being outside a little less enjoyable for conversations. Overall, though, great house and company to deal with.

We loved staying at this property. The management company was responsive and helpful. The process was streamlined. All amenities were comfortable for a group with kids and adults. It was a reasonable drive to Zion and Grand Canyon and quick trip to sand hollow.

10/10 perfect house!

Me and my family spent 8 awesome days here and couldn’t have been more happy. The location was perfectly central to all the hiking and adventures south Utah has to offer. Plenty on groceries stores and restaurants near by as well. When we weren’t hiking, My family especially loved the pool and all the yard games the house offered. I highly recommend this house and we’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful home and location

We had some trouble getting into the home as It was a little tough to get ahold of someone on a Sunday but within 30 minutes we were in. I would suggest bringing things like paper towels, toilet paper, body wash paper plates and napkins as we did run out on the second day but Walmart is a short distance away. Sadly all we could find was one roll of papaer towels and 3 rolls of toilet paper in the house, but we didnt let the little things bother us as the house really is amazing. we had some trouble and the hot tub was cold but they got a repair man out quickly and it was fixed by the time we returned from our ride that day. There was plenty of space for our toys at the house and the proximity of the house to the main road was great, we parked our truck and trailer on the shoulder and it was visible from the back yard. The pool was amazing and was a blast.

Can’t wait to do this one again!!

Towels were a little mildewy management said they would take care of it. Had some spiders and bugs and the hot tub jets could’ve been better but It really was fine! The pool was a blast!! Perfect for our younger kids because it wasn’t too deep and it was so warm! So great to be able to swim in Feb!! Loved it! The place is very nice! Fun games and pool toys in the garage. Kitchen was stocked with good appliances and everything we needed! We will definitely come again and highly recommend it!!
