The crawl space above the rooms was a big hit for the kids and they loved their bunk room layouts. It was fun that they had nerf guns and many bullets to encourage a nerf gun fight which we did. The X Box room had a cool ambience. TV worked well. Kitchen seemed well stockedWe were disappointed the hot tub was not heating as our kids love the pool. Arcade was not working even though it is shown on pictures. Lighting is dim and feels like more lights are needed even with the floor lamp. Ice machine was not working. Washer in closet smells moldy. Bathroom towels were pretty small.

We loved this house! We stayed with a big group of two families, there was plenty of space and the kids had so much fun. The property manager was helpful, and when he couldn’t fix our issue, he stopped by the house to fix it. We will stay again if we are ever in the area!

You really need to have some grass available if you are advertising a property for dogs. You are almost encouraging them to use your cement to go to the bathroom. There is a very thin patch of weeds along the side of the building for potty with piles of old dog poop still in it. Just and FYI, We didn’t realize that three properties all SHARE the advertised pool and hot tub. Weren’t expecting to share that with strangers. The slide is such a fun idea, ( the whole property is!) but after we crawled through the tubes to get to the slide, we found that our clothes were covered in dog hair, and not from our dogs. I have no idea when it was cleaned last. Super gross. None of us used it again. Piles of dog hair in the corners along the floors and cob webs in corners along the ceiling- even in the bathroom. Hair in the drain. Great idea, and my adult kids loved it. But it just put a huge damper on it because it was pretty dirty. Old food left on the fridge also. I addressed that with the owner, and didn’t get a response on it. Would not stay there again.

Got to be a kid again in this perfectly weird and fun experience. Kids from 12-16 absolutely loved the UFO game room, hot tub, pool and Nerf gun battles. It was so great we had a hard time getting them to go to Zion or go mountain biking! Close to everything in Hurricane. 10 stars all around. Would stay again no question.

Wow!!! My kids' mind was blown. We loved watching them enjoy both inside and outside. The pool has a great design. And the theme was incredible, even the shower curtains were on point. Great commitment to this property. Impressive!!!

Family vacation

We were not told in the listing that the AC couldn’t go under 72, which in the summer it’s already hot so it was hot when sleeping due to this. The front door broke and we were unable to get back into the house, had messaged them, was told someone would be out in the morning, no one came so a second message. Mold in the washer along with a smell. Ants were in the kitchen and in the tunnels. Found trash in the bunk beds. Did not have anything about the pool being shared, neighbors kept throwing trash over the wall into the pool while we were in it. The access “code” to get to the pool is useless as it doesn’t actually lock. Unless you lock it from inside the pool area other people renting the other houses can get onto your patio. We still had a good time but when I communicated multiple times with the owner I did not get a response at all, we checked out a day early due to plans changing and got check out instructions late the day before so we were already gone. I had let them know again we were gone and still no response. Make sure you update your add, we booked this place for kids and they were disappointed they couldn’t go in the tunnels because of ants and trash in them. The ice machine has also been broken for over a year.

Themed stay

It was fun to stay in this themed Area 51 space. The kids loved the slide, every room had its own bathroom which was nice. We had family staying In The cabin next to us and the third cabin didn’t have occupants, so we didn’t have to share the pool with people we didn’t know, but the hot tub only worked for the first and last day we were there due the week. Over all I think the kids will remember the visit because it was themed. They do make it very clear that pets are welcome, so I knew I would probably need to wash sheets before we slept there, and I did. Bring your own sheets or a lint roller if you don’t bring your pets, we bought our own bed cover to go under the sheets we brought, The beds were comfortable, we did a hike at Kanarraville falls which wasn’t too far away and it was amazing. Overall I was glad to have had the experience and memories with my kids. I would recommend this place if you have kids or want a fun family reunion experience, as you can have three options of places to rent that share the same pool.

Fun home base for our Zion hiking trip

This property was as cool as the photos. What a unique experience. It was close to a grocery store and restaurants and less than a half hour a way from Zion. The kids loved climbing around the tubes and slides. The hot tub was very nice after hiking. We had one small issue with the pool gate lock not working but the host answered right away and helped with a solution. Would highly recommend.

Mastermind design and unique stay

We’ve stayed in VRBO‘s all over the country. This one was easily the most unique and well thought out by far. so many thoughtful details. And I always know it’s a good one if they’ve labeled. Their lights and inside their cabinets. silly but true. The spaceship is amazing and super sturdy and solid. Bunks were perfection and they were lots of Nerf gun wars. Such a fun idea. Bottom of line, we loved our alien stay.

Fun place for kids and families

From the first seconds we came through the door the kids (4 kids, ages 5-12) went nuts! They had so much fun (and they were able to occupy themselves —albeit not super quietly!) the whole time we were there. The pool and hot tub were great too! And nicer than the pics made it seem. For the adults, the seating / eating options were comfortable and flexible which made for great socializing. A great place to hang out. We went to Zion National Park every day we stayed there and it’s a pretty short drive, conveniently located.

Incredible place!

Very clever sci-fi themed rental. Perfect space for three families. Thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, outdoor space, and even the teens found themselves climbing thru the upper loft and sliding down the slide. Owner was very friendly and responsive. We are telling all our friends about Hangar 18!

Cool location and unique and cool property

This is a 100% unique space that will have you and your crew smiling from the jump. We made it our base of operations for visits to Zion National park, Bryce Canyon NP, Snow Canyon State Park and other area attractions and it was a convenient location for them and not far from our flights into Vegas. The design is really incredible and a kids paradise with the tunnels, nerf guns and video game room. And we all appreciated the roominess, 5 bedrooms and mega TV in the "Great Hall." As unique as the property is, it's not impeccable. The dining room table was damaged, the kitchen was not put together with the same care and craftsmanship as the alien spaceship bunkhouse (dishwasher and oven interfere, ice maker didn't work, old pan needing replacement) and the hot tub isn't available 24*7 but requires communication to owner and wait for heating. Total first world problems I know. My point is this is a super fun place at a relatively high price point but it's not a super luxury option, so eyes wide open and you'll have a great time here.

Kids love UFOs

Grandkids and kids loved it. Everyone had a great time. Young ones didn’t want to leave to go to the national park. Even adults got into the action with nerf gun wars, alien invasions etc. Plenty of space for large group. Would definitely recommend for family and friends trip with kids of all ages. We will surely be back.

The mother ship

My family and friends loved hanger 18. We would love to spend another vacation there. It was pet friendly, had good amenities, great location, and private. The only thing that I would like to see is the hot tub a little hotter. Then this hidden gem would be the best place ever to call home for a couple days.

House is nice and lots of room really fun for the kids It wasn’t clean it was dog and cat hair everywhere we are allergic to cats so wasn’t fun for us. If you are going to let people bring pets in to the house a least make sure is clean before renting it out we paid our cleaning fee but the house wasn’t clean for us I think it’s not fair

Amazing Stay

What a wonderful home! Besides the obvious cool factor (that my kids lost their minds over!), the house was extremely organized, clean, and well equipped. Probably the best house we've ever rented. We stayed 2 nights, but everyone would have loved to stay longer. The pool and hot tub were lovely, along with the grill and patio. I can't think of anything I'd add to make it better.

I wanted a place we could just go and stay and be entertained. This was that place. We left 2x to go out to eat and that was it. So much fun for the kids and adults. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Space

It was fun for kids and comfortable beds for adults. The rooms are great, it could use some more kid friendly cups and bowls, a good carpet cleaning, and the hot tub drains every time it fills. They did come fill it for us when we arrived and it was empty, but it quickly drained again as soon as it got full. We enjoyed our stay and there is plenty of room to spread out and enjoy family time. We would stay here again. We loved having a bathroom with each bedroom!

Great stay

Plenty of room and everything we needed. Kids loved the nerf guns and slide. Conveniently located in nice little town of Hurricane. Neat UFO theme throughout the house. This hangar worked out perfectly for our family.
