This house has been ridden hard and put away wet, literally. Storm came through Friday night and water was coming through two of the doors. Sent a note to the property manager and they said âthrow some towels downâ. Later that night while going to bed, water started dripping out of the ceiling. Weâve stayed at multiple houses in this neighborhood and this by far was the most beat up.
We rented two properties that are own by the same rental company for a large group of over 40 people, and we couldnât have been happier with the experience. Both homes were beautiful, clean, and spacious, with more than enough room and amenities to comfortably host everyone. The setup was perfect for our weekend getaway.Red Rock Vacationâs was also fantasticâvery responsive and helpful anytime we had a question or needed assistance. It made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend booking with them if you're planning a group stay!
Great layout and place, just needs a couple tweaks to be outstanding
The house inside was great and clean. The hot was a bit low on water and hadnât been cleaned per the communication from rental company. Outdoor seating area needs cleaning. The coffee pot has a replacement carafe which is not the correct height. It doesnât make the coffee fill it and makes a mess if you donât catch it and hold it up.
Family of 6 (all adults) used the space as a home base for Zion. House is large and bedrooms are as described. However, for a place that advertises it sleeps 21, I would expect more than 7 forks. The kitchen was severely lacking. Plates and bowls were all plastic kid plates. There were about 3 wine glasses. We cooked in most nights and it was a challenge. The foosball table is for decoration only. We were looking forward to playing but it is such low quality. If you have any experience playing foosball, just pretend there isn't a table there. The community "lap" pool was nice but the other was pretty dirty. And that was recognized by others so the lap pool got crowded with people just standing in it to beat the heat. The outdoor space at the house was essentially unusable due to the heat (113 was our high) and the red sand that covers everything and blows into the hot tub even when covered. The AC in the house worked great though, and the management was very responsive - they replaced a coffee pot an cleaned the hot tub on request.
Four women came together from MN to Utah. Two of us had never been to the state. This trip way exceeded my expectations. The blue skies and red rocks made for many stunning photographs. We were spoiled by our Red Rock rental that allowed us to each have our own bedroom and bathroom. The toiletries provided everything we needed. We loved making breakfasts and lunches to go in the beautiful kitchen. The pantry was ample storage for our groceries and the kitchen proved to have everything we needed. After a long day of hiking, we enjoyed a soak in our private the hot tub. It is a short scenic 45 minute drive to Zion and a 2 hour drive to Bryce. We also loved attending Snow Canyon State Park in St George which was only 30 minutes away. This would be fantastic lodging for several couples and their kids. We loved the three King beds.
