The house has an exotic garden with garden seating, barbecue area and sun terrace. Two units are available: a large apartment for 3 (+2) people and a studio apartment for 2 people (+1 child).
The studio apartment is located on the 1st floor, has its own entrance from the garden and a south-facing balcony with partial sea view. The 35 m² accommodation includes a living area with a couch/bed, LCD-SAT-TV, hi-fi system and WiFi, a fully equipped kitchenette with dining table, electric cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine as well as a bathroom with shower, WC, hairdryer, towel warmer and washing machine. Two bedrooms offer a double bed and a pull-out bed. Air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures in all rooms.
