To start the front desk worker Katrina should absolutely be fired with how she treats customers and other employees. Our room wasn’t ready at 3 when checked in. The put us in a different bring them after telling us that it would be another 30 to 60 minutes before they had our room ready. The first room they put us in was absolutely disgusting things growing on the floor. It had not been cleaned at all. The second room we got put in was Okish cleaned, but had no smoke detector or fire suppressant in the room. She claimed it was the same rate as the room we reserved although the room we reserved was supposed to have a balcony in this did not. She absolutely refused to change the price to match the rim that she put us in. When we asked for extra towels and pillows, she gave major attitude and would only give us towels, not pillows. The breakfast here is not good at all. We had to get room keys several times because they would just quit working. The security is not good doors don’t always lock. The lights in the parking lot do not work at all so it’s pitch black when we had to take our service dog out to go potty. She also tried to charge us for our service dog and had no understanding of the laws that apply to a service dog. I will see the overnight shift Jacqueline front staff was great to deal with when there was a power outage. She handled it like an absolute pro. She after hearing everything we’ve gone through plus with the power outing did end up giving us a credit.
