We have stayed here before. Didn’t like the sliding barn door on the bathroom. No door stop, always a gap, and no kind of hold from the inside of the door to open it. Room wasnt cleaned 2nd day. This a nice, clean facility close to downtown. Pretty sure staff shortage was affecting service. Hot breakfast options. Will stay there again.

The women who checked us in was great and the rest of the staff was awful- The smoke detector went off cause it needed new batteries and i was accused of smoking in the room when I don't smoke at all. There was no face place the outlets. The toliet would not flush correctly-No soap for hair was in the bottles. Toliet paper was not replenised- Most of all the 1st floor rek of smoke in non smoking hotel. The woman who did the breakfast was very good. The property close to the window was full of cigrette butts- Lets put it this was I am never going to stay at a clarion hotel ever again.

This was by far the nastiest place I have ever been. Spider in the bed, pet hair and human hair in the bed, stains on all the bedding, tables all covered with pet hair and crumbs, dirty bathroom and towels from the previous people who stayed there, floors were filthy. Overall just awful. We even checked another room and it was the same. They ended up refunding us. We had to go find another hotel.

Unfortunately there was lots of the breakfast items that were empty when we went down to eat. There was no hot water. I waited 20 minutes for someone to come to the front desk when i was checking out. I finally just left my room keys on the desk and walked away without getting a receipt.

Front desk was slow, unattentive and uncaring. Requested ground floor ,near exit. Was given 2nd floor, middle of the hall. No refrigerator and the towels were obviously dirty. Pool was gross and hot tub did not work. Had to wait for coffee at 7:30 am and the milk was sour. No syrup for waffles and butter was frozen.

There were only 3 towels in the room for 4 people. Also the breakfast bar was a little lacking - cereal area only had 1 cereal bin stocked, and when the yogurt bowl was empty they didn’t refill it. But what food was there was very good!

Room was disgusting. The entire building smelled so bad. I called expedia right after entering the room. It was unacceptable. The conversation was a disaster. Ended up leaving. We didn't stay here. The phones at the front desk were not even connected. I had to pay for the night even though we didn't stay. Avoid this place like the plague!

We did not stay at the hotel, I asked for my money back. They put us in a deserted wing of the hotel. It looks like people live there in the hotel. Room was very sketchy and the screens were hanging half off the windows. We felt nervous to stay here. The manager said he would refund our money back on to the credit card we used to pay at the property. The pictures they show you are not what you see when you get there. Again, I did not stay at this property. Sorry

Shower head needs an update. Long black hairs found on the bed, in the towels and all over the bathroom counter and floor. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. The bed was very comfy and clean other than the hair at the bottom of the bed on top of the blanket. Pillows were the best part of our stay.
