Cocoonr agency is offering for rent, in Ignaux, this charming duplex flat with mountain view classified 3 stars, with a surface area of 100 m² and can accommodate up to 6 travellers. Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (no lift), it consists of a lovely 40 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms and two shower rooms. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're just waiting for you!

- A 40 m² living room with TV, fireplace (decorative), sofas, dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bathroom with shower and WC
First floor
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bedrooms 2 and 3: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Shower room with WC
Outside area:
- An enclosed outdoor area will be available from May 2025 (dates non-contractual), in front of the flat. It will have garden furniture and a barbecue.
A garage is available for storing skis, motorbikes and bicycles.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
The flat is ideally located in Ignaux, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market.
The village has a boulodrome (floodlit for evening play), a city park, a children's playground and a floodlit indoor padel court.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the accommodation.
A charging point for electric vehicles is available in the village.
