"Standort: Das Hotel liegt in Sharjah. Die Fahrten nach Dubai und zurück waren jedes Mal extrem mühsam, teils bis zu 2 Stunden pro Strecke wegen Verkehr. Auch Taxi Fahrer waren mehrfach genervt, dass unser Hotel in Sharjah war. Für Dubai Aktivitäten ist die Lage für mich ungeeignet.
Zimmer: Das Zimmer war trotz Thermostat Einstellung (bis 27 Grad) dauerhaft kalt. Die Schalldämmung ist sehr schlecht, man hört Gespräche vom Gang und aus dem Nachbarzimmer deutlich. In der Dusche schloss die Tür nicht richtig, dadurch lief Wasser aus. Warmwasser war schwer einzustellen (oft zu heiss) und der Wasserdruck war schwach. In den ersten Tagen roch das Zimmer nach benutzten Socken, wir mussten das Personal informieren.
Pool: Der Poolbereich war enttäuschend. Kaum Tageslicht, der Boden wirkte schmutzig und insgesamt sehr schlicht. Er entsprach nicht dem Eindruck, den die Bilder im Inserat vermittelt haben."
