"ich habe ein Zimmer in der Residenz gebucht. Niemand vom Empfang hat mich dorthin begleitet. es hiess ich müsse zum Restaurant. die mitarbeiter vom Rest. konnten mir nicht weiterhelfen. dann kam jemand vom Hotel und holte mich ab. der Herr hat mich dann zum Zimmer begleitet. Er war nett. Die Dame vom Empfang hätte von anfang an eine Begleitperson organisieren sollen. "
