"Am ersten Abend wurden wir in einer Art Notunterkunft untergebracht, die für den gezahlten Preis völlig unakzeptabel war. Ich war darüber sehr enttäuscht gewesen. Das hat mir den Abend total verdorben. Wir haben dann für die zweite Übernachtung ein angemessenes Zimmer bekommen. "
