The good: comfortable beds, good size room and bathroom, friendly staff who were quick to help with small things. Close to the mall so itâs easy to find places to eat and get things. Pretty central to sites around town. Essentially a 1-2.5km Grab ride from Jaro plaza, Molo plaza and the wharf if you want to go to Guimaras.
The meh: feels a bit dated. Water temp control in the shower wasnât great.
The bad: our sink drain had some sort of clog in it that smelled like death. We asked at the desk about it and they sent someone who basically looked at it and said âiâm gonna have to askâ but nothing ended up being done so we just closed the drain and decided to live without a sink. Luckily the shower had a faucet so we could wash our hands but god help the next person in our room if itâs not fixed before then.
6/10 stay. Very cost effective with a good location but a bit of a disappointment considering fairly stellar reviews.
The room smells bad.i have headache.
They should spray something or put a freshener so when you enter the room the smell is good.
It was a bad 1 night stay for us unfortunately.
The hotel looks nice and fancy from the outside, checking in is easy. NO parking spot at the front for customer's checking in. Ground floor hallway going to the family rooms, smells so bad, very musty like molds. The room and bathroom are clean but needs improvement especially giving extra toiletries in the room.
It was nice and cozy. Interior is nice. I like the size of the room. However, the white towels provided were old and grayish. The room and beddings smells moldy. The front entrance was crowded with bystanders and vendors when we arrived in the evening, which makes it feel unsafe.
Staff are all nice and helpful. Very quite and rooms are big. The only problem is that you have to pay for the Ice if you request for it. They charge 25 pesos for small bucket of ice.
